Anyone used this for regular backpacking? I tried this on today, comfortable, but I'm unsure if it is large enough for a week long trek.

If you're looking for a backpacking specific pack, take a look at the new Axios 50 from Arc'teryx. You'll save some weight, and gain some pockets and have a more breathable back panel. If you'll use this for backpacking and climbing, it's a great rig for that. As for the size question, you can do a 50L pack if you go light, but I like a touch more volume, and the Axios 50 has an expandable spindrift collar to accomodate the first couple days of nourishment.
