Hi Jacob - The Sentinel has a Gore Winstopper laminate, where the Bionic uses a proprietary laminate to block the wind. The Sentinel has a softer feel to both the exterior softshell fabric, and a higher loft/softer fleece interior. The Bionic fabric has slightly more stretch to it than the Sentinel. Hope this helps-
