http://www.blundstone.com/documents/Footmeasurer.pdf Print off the foot measurer from their siteIf you are a US 10.5, order a 10.5.Sizes posted in the "Select Options" drop down menu are US sizes. To clarify any confusion, yes this is an Aussie company and your UK size will be printed on the boot. For example ordering a 10.5 will ship a UK 9.5.
