If I my ski is 105mm under foot...should I get the 92mm and bend them or the 110mm?

yep 110 is the answer. the brakes do fold up and in so you should be ok on hard pack.

Get the 110mm! You DO NOT want to bend a brake that much! It compromises the integrity of the metal, and what would suck more than losing your ski in the B.C or not having your brake work? not much. Throw down, you'll be glad you did.
