Looking for a windproof shirt or jacket that will keep me warm on windy days 40* to 55*. For golfing in a cart on dry windy days with golf shirt under it.

This jacket has wind pro which is quite wind resistant, but if you want something totally windproof, you should get something like the venta lt or mountain hardwear alchemy. Those have windstopper but are a bit more pricey, this jacket seems like it would do a pretty good job keeping you warm on the links.
