Hi, i'm usually a small and i know that jacket sizes differ with different brands. so here are my measurements:

shoulder- 15 in.
bust - 33 in.
waist - 31 in.
hips - 34 in.
shoulder to hips length - 21 in.

xs is the only size left in this, would this xs jacket fit me tightly or loosely?
