When purchasing these online, how does one go about getting the custom liner molded?

Go to a ski shop with a boot heater. It is best if they carry boots that have intuition liners such as Dalbello, Ride, and Full Tilt because they have the proper heater but any boot heater will work. Not the ones that you can buy but the ones the shops have. They are very expensive. Some shops charge and some don't.
