Probably limited to summer travel depending on how much you pack as far as clothes and toiletries. I just responded to a question below, but it might help if i explained in greater detail what i packed. I had a heavy fleece top, a tiny rain shell, a hikerpro water filter, a 3L cambelbak bladder, a 24fl oz thermos, my wife's softshell jacket, about an old-school lunchbox sized amount of food, and about a little ziplock bag's worth of random survival type stuff, plus two apples. lol so hopefully I didn't forget anything and that helps you get a better idea of what 1950cu. in. looks like. I was able to get another lightweight fleece thrown in but there wasn't much more room left, unless you want to start leashing stuff to the outside.
