is there size small? tech specs shows size s-m-l but not xl....

is there size small? tech specs shows size s-m-l but not xl. under select option, size are M-L-XL. I am bit confused. Is "S" in the tehch spec = to "M" in the select option? can the belt can be changed to other size?
