Hey im 5' 9'' 130lbs, should i go with the 59's or 69's. This is the first twintip im going to buy. I'm not lookin to hit big jumps just a stick that can handle rails, boxes and small to medium sized jumps. And would this be a good ski for all-mountain, not just the park

go with the 169s for sure, they'll be more stable and still be plenty easy to spin with. These skis are meant to be center mounted and are a dedicated park ski, they won't perform well outside the park being so narrow and center mounted.
