I noticed that bump in the collar too, and called ArcT directly. They confirmed that the reflector is "hidden" in the collar this year.

Hey eric, Me too?? Just got the jacket and no recco? My only guess is when I pulled the hood out of its pouch, there's a raised section on the inside, but it's not labeled 'Recco'? Let me know if you find out, as I'm curious JSilver91

My 2008 sidewinder AR has the Recco reflector up high on the side of the right-hand sleeve. I'd be surprised if it has been moved in this year's version of the jacket.
