Hi there, i'm very interested in this item, but wondering if they run big or run small?

It runs bigs. I am 5'10" and 140 lbs and it was loose on my butt and legs. I used them on Rainier during an alpine course. Worked well, but would be concerned for colder and more sustained weather.
