How do you adjust the length on these to fit your skis? It looks like the clips on each end are permanently attached but the lengths are a range so there must be a way to adjust them to fit your ski. Anyone know before I decide on ordering these?

The tail and nose pieces do not remove. You need to buy these according length ( X short, short, medium long etc...) and width ( 100 mm, 115 mm ...).
