i currently have the Lafuma Extreme 600 +45 bag and although its extremely light, ive been caught in near freezing temps a few times and its been a bit uncomfortable. Would this bag be the slight improvement that im looking for or is it about the same?

Jonathan, The Warm'n Light 600 is warmer than the Extreme 600 because it has down insulation rather than synthetic. I believe it's warmer by about 5-7 degrees.
