Anyone know the difference between this jacket and the Rain Shadow? The descriptions are nearly identical.
I'm looking to pick up a new jacket for backpacking, and I'm considering this, the Rain Shadow and the Marmot Aegis.

I had the rainshadow for a week and returned it! it may be waterproof, but that is if you can zip it up. The zipper is extremely annoying and a struggle every time you need to zip or unzip. go with the torrent.

The only difference is the zippers - the Rain Shadow has waterproof zippers and the Torrentshell has no waterproof zippers and instead a velcro waterproof flap. That and $50 - so if not having a flap is worth $50 than go with the Rain Shadow.
