I wear a 9.5 size shoe on land. Should I go with the next size up (9.0) or down (10.0)?

I got a pair of these a couple of months back. I normally wear a size 13 shoe comfortably. I really wanted a pair of these, but they were only available up to size 12, so that is what I ordered. They were perfectly sized. I can even fit a pair of smartwool socks inside them, and that makes them comfortable enough to sleep in. So my suggestion would be to go with the size smaller and a good pair of wool socks.
