I am 5 feet tall (or short!) and am looking for a carrier for my now 16 mo old daughter for hikes and general activities (she's DONE with her stroller these days!) Has anyone my height used these carriers? If so, could you tell me about your experience with them? I;ve tried on a few (non-Kelty) brands in the stores, but they all seem too long for me. Any advice/comments are greatly appreciated! Thanks!

While we just got ours, my wife is also 5'0" and she says it fits her comfortably as she walked around with our 26lb 2yr old in it.

Take a look at the Kelty TC series. They fit a shorter torso range than the FC series 11"-16" vs. 15"-18").
