I bought a jacket a year from a store in rockville,maryland.I fell yesterday and rip my jacket is there anyway I can return or exchange it.

I would contact Arc'teryx directly to ask about getting it repaired (since you didn't buy the jacket at backcountry.com I doubt that they can help you). The Arc'teryx web site says: "To assist you in keeping your product in optimal working condition, we offer a variety of repairs for a reasonable charge.
