I need a binding that has a brake that will work with a ski waist of 132? Will these? Other ideas?

You should be able to use the 115mm brake and bend them to fit. Take em to a shop that know what they're doing.

not right out of the box. The widest brake for these 115mm You can have the shop bend them. Or take a look at the marker jester. They have 130mm brakes available
