My better half is the exact same size as you [Victoria] and has an XS Denali Fleece that she loves! So I would have to suggest the XS for you.

I'm 4'10 and about 110lbs and I have this jacket in a XS. It fits me perfectly! The bottom of the jacket hits about 3.5" below my natural waistline. So I would say, because of your height, to go with a Small. Hope this helps!
