I have the Mountain Light Parka in size medium and I am looking for a zip in fleece, what size should I get in either the Khumbu or the TKA 200 to zip in? Which one is better? Thanks.

Hi - I would go with the same size as your shell - so go medium. Both of the fleeces that you have listed are very similar, with the exception being that the Khumbu is 300 weight, and the TKA 200 - 200 weight. So the Khumbu is going to be slightly warmer, and a little thicker. They will both make good insulators- Hope this helps
