though i wish this was a yes or a no, it's not. allot goes into a boot fit. these do run shorter than most boots i fit. they have a low instep and don't fit a large lower leg that well. all this said they are great boots if they fit, i wold always recommend an insole. i would also look at the Dalbello Krypton.
