I'm 5'7, 163lbs. usually wear 32 waist. I have read the sizing chart, however, I usually wear mediums for most shorts/pants/etc. The charts says I should buy a small. Was wondering which would most likely fit better? Also, does the fabric end up stretching out over time or does it stay pretty snug?

Finally, when it comes to fit, where is the ideal place for the knee cap in these tights (just underneath the diamond, etc). Any help would be great!!

Haha - yes, it seems you got your answer, but small would be your best bet. I've had several of these tights for a few years and remarkably, they stay pretty snug. In general, your kneecap should be in the diamond for the best support. Enjoy!

I ended up trying these on at the store and the "small" fit much better in length and function. Is harder to put on but doesn't feel too constricting. I realize I am answering my own question but thought it might help someone else out in the future.
