No they do not zip into a jacket but with the bibs you get the same mobility and feel of a one piece. You will be more stoked on having a bib/jacket setup than a one piece.

If you are asking if these pants integrate into a jacket in such a way that you can have a one piece, the answer is no. However, if you get the matching Stoic jacket it will essential act as a one piece. The jacket has a waist band that attaches low around the waist over the orange outside part of the pants that holds it securely. For any snow / rain related activities, I cannot possible imagine what it would take to get water between the area where the pants and jacket meet. I don't think rain that headed straight up would do it, and I can testify that repeated crashes and tumbles (even high speed ones) will not break the integrity of the pants or matching jacket.
