NO, the metal bar in the BC boot is much bigger-- both in diameter and length-- than the regular NNN boot's, plus the BC boot's bar is mounted slightly further toward the rear than the NNN boot's. NNN and NNN-BC are not compatible-- unfortunately, most online vendor websites do not make this obvious. Sometimes it's hard to tell if a boot is NNN or NNN-BC from the website description.

You need to use an NNN BC specific boot so that the bar on the toe sits correctly inside the binding. NNN BC toe bars are thicker than the traditional NNN binding.
