The 30L or 45L would be ideal for a non-packable style rectangular sleeping bag. according to the package, OR recommends the 30L, but I would measure just how small you can pack your bag down to, then compare that to the sizing chart to the right.

Any size from 10L on up should work just fine for down bags & 15L for synthetics.
