Which is better... WIndwall 2 or Apex Bionic. Better for wind and some rain at soccer games. Also what is the arm pockets for??

I'd go Apex... especially if your going to be standing in the rain for a bit. As for the arm pocket... whatever you want, I put my ID a little cash and credit card in it when i don't want to bring a whole wallet. You might be able to squeeze a pack of cigs in there. I think some resorts have fancy RFID lift tickets, I suppose you could put that in there.
