Hey there, how would you all compare this to the arc'teryx atom lt? Warmer/lighter/better/worse ? What size would you go with for an athletic 6 foot tall 175 pound guy?

Definitely warmer. This is 100g Primaloft One fill. The proprietary Arc'teryx fill is very nice and compactable, but lighter duty. The CLO 100 is closer to the usage profile/warmth of the Arc'teryx Solo (also a great jacket). All three are top of the line. I own the CLO 100 and love it. I am your height and weight and a medium fits like it was tailored.
