I'm 5'7" skinning and skiing a variety of snow depths. Should I go 145 cm or 155 cm?

I'm 6'5" and ski in these at 135. I also use them as trekking poles and even on steep downhills very rarely exceed 145.

I think 145 will be plenty long for you, but if you have any concerns, get the 155. It's unlikely that you'll want to shorten them to less than 105.

145 should be plenty for you. If you like 'em really, really long, though, go for the 155cm. Get out a tape measure and find 57 inches (145cm). If this feels like it won't be long enough for you, then get the 155. A five foot pole (155) is a little overkill for most folks, unless they're skate skiing, too.
