I'm making the swith over from a tele setup to a randonee setup and I have the Scrapa T3 tele boots. Will these boots work with the Eagle or Freeride Plus bindings ?

i'm not certain about the Scarpa T3's, but the Silvretta 500 will fit just about any boot

No, you need AT or alpine boots. The flex/bellow and the bill will not allow them to fit and work correctly in an alpine style binding.
