james. This is a 3-layer Conduit Jacket. This means that the jacket is made with a 1.outer nylon shell, then 2. the conduit laminate, then 3. an inner woven liner to help disperse moisture... all pressed together in seemingly one layer of fabric. This jacket gets a 20,000mm waterproof-ness rating and a 40,000 MVTR rating for breathability. Hope this info helps!
