For a 10 day trip, with 25 - 30 pounds, would you recommend the Pinnacle or Quest, and also does the Pinnacle have an internal frame, or no frame at all.

The Pinnacle has a removable soft foam back pad. The Quest has a framesheet with aluminum stays. If you are carrying 30 lbs, I would recommend you get a pack that has the framesheet and stays. It is worth the extra pound in the pack, as it will carry the load better.
