I want a good water proof and breathable jacket that does not feel like plastic or rubber on the arm sleeves which gets cold and clammy when the weather is just slightly cool like 55 degrees or 60 degrees as the Sierra's 'hurricane' was giving me this feeling (it was very annoying).
I do not like long sleeve shirts so I need a lining that feels good all day long when I am in the car driving from client to client or making short walks in the weather conditions that I just mentioned....AND I want it for about 100$. SO, will this jacket work or any other suggestions?

Yah these is a cool jacket I tried the pants with this line and they are cheap around 80.00 and they work good!! only spending 100 you have only a few choices North face has put out some great gear for around this price! and the quality is there good choice bro!
