Sizing queston. If I wear a 41 in Pearl Izumi and a 41.5 in Specialized. What do I need with these?

I wish I had an easier answer for you other than you need to try both on. Most people I know find Northwave fairly comparable to Pearl Izumi, but really, every single shoe has a different cut. Yes, even within the same model line from a manufacturer. It's an inherit flaw of shoe-making.

Except for Crocs. But those things suck.
