Hi! I'm having trouble deciding what size to get.... anyone out there 5'5" and about 165 pounds?

My wife is 5'6" and 145 pounds and a medium fits her very well through the upper body but is somewhat "tighter" in the hips. Medium is still the right size for her, but if she layers under the coat it could get snug. I would recommend a large based on the measurements you provided.
