I usually wear small, because that's what usually fits my chest, but i find this size is almost always too tight around my hips. How does this jacket fit at the bottom?

I usually wear a large in this type jacket and with my Large PRISM I find it to be comfortable and just right in the hip region. The description above is a little misleading though as it says the hem and cuffs are elasticized. Actually the cuffs are fully encased elasticized but the hem is toggled so that it is fully adjustable, so I wouldn't worry about it being tight.
