How do you get the wrinkle out of the collar area? The jacket has a wrinkled from the rounded collar being flat and I can't seem to get rid of it.

try also using like a thin towel or cloth to put over it before ironing it...then use the steam function...and it shouldn't mess up the softshell.

They are tuff to get back to the original form once they bend. Try to iron it with a ton of starch spray . It will make it stiff
