Can the cuff of these boots be rolled up or is it permanently rolled down? I want to be able to wear these boots under my jeans and I was wondering if they would look funny because of the cuffs.

The cuff is permanently rolled down and is quite thick. I have not attempted to wear the boots under jeans unless they are very wide jeans, it won't work. They are warm and comfy though and I and I am very happy with them!
