I recently bought a pair of these tights and am astounded with the results they have provided. However, the knee portion of the tights rides down, and I am thinking that I have the wrong size. Is there any truth in my hypothesizing? If so, do I need a smaller or larger size? I currently have a medium, and I weigh 158 at 5'9.

Hi There. The CW-X Support tights are designed to stretch and fit a range of height and weights. In your case, I would recommend a size Small due to the 5'9 height. I am 5'11 and 175 and I wear a Medium. Hope this helps.
