I'm thinking about buying these shoes but I wear 13 tennis shoes,would 12's fit after the stretch and conform?

These shoes despite being leather will not stretch. Scarpa attaches "anti-stretch panels" to the leather to keep them from stretching. Creating a breathable leather shoe with out of the box fit. Depending how you like your climbing shoes to fit you might be able to squeeze into a 46, but I would probably recomend finding a shoe that comes in 46.5 of 47.
