Could anyone tell me what the weight/height difference between the regular La Sportiva Glacier Boot and the EVO Boot is? I only found the regular Glacier on the La Sportiva page. I am looking for a back-up pair of boots for wildland firefighting, and know that the Glacier Boot is approved (in certain sizes), but was wondering if the EVO would be ok also.
Also, does anyone know where to find the overall heights of the boot in different sizes? I need an 8" boot...I'm guessing the women's is too short, but need to find out if the smaller men's sizes would be too short also. I believe my size is around a 39.5.
Thanks to anyone that can help!
