Hi gear gurus! Is this jacket as warm as tnf khumbu? or how does it compare to it,i'm trying to buy a fleece to use under a goretex shell on temps below 40 standing still.thanks in advance!!

wow... 40 below and below 40 mean completely different climates! this fleece is a lofty weave, offering great dead air space for insulation and moisture management. this is a ever so slightly more generous of a cut than the other model

the khumbu is probably warmer. have you looked into an insulated layering piece? at -40, it will keep you warmer.
