If I wear a medium according to the MH sizing chart, should I get a large if It is raining and I am wearing them over normal pants or blue jeans? Will they be too baggy or fit perfectly?

They are designed to fit over other pants like jeans so I would go with a medium. A large will probably be to long and slightly baggy. Hope this helps!
