Does this model have a better goggle retainer than previous years?

I just uprgaded from Giro G10 which broke after an insane fall to the Omen and all I can say the helmet is awesome but the rainer is total garbage. First day out, I took my helmet off and was walking through the lodge with the goggles attached and they fell off, lucky the guy behind me was a nice person and saw it drop and gave them back to me. I'm really disapointed.

I saw it in person... it changed from the first versions. The retainer top hides a little protrusion from the shell pointing downward. This should prevent accidental loses.

I included "than previous years" as I've ridden w/ a friend who had one, kept goggles on the brim to have them fly off. Most of the other giro helmets have a snap closure which seem to work better.

@ aaalllen, I've never owned a Giro before this one, but all I can say now, is that the gogg clip in the back is crappy, and if Giro had made older models crappier than the one that's on here, it's a sad day for Giro helmets, read my review further up.
