I am 5'8" 215lbs- (sadly, I have hips and thighs.......) should I go with the women's large or switch to the men's large- I am concerned that they will nit fit my waist- (THAT is nice and small!) HELP!

Hi Amy- Good question. My first inclination is to recommend a Men's large. However, I'm afraid that the knee portion will slide down too much based on your height. One option is to look at the Men's CW-X Performx Tights. On this model it's not as necessary to osition the knee cap in exactly the right place. So this may work for you and you will still get Medial and Letral knee support, IT band support and hip support. Hope this answers your question.
