Can you use these bindings on Alpina Lite terrain skis? If so, what's the lightest boots ( alpine touring ) one could use. I can downhill ski and like cross country skiing except when going downhill and don't feel like learning telemarking?!

Yes, according to the specs on the Alpina Lite page http://www.backcountry.com/outdoorgear/Alpina-Lite-Terrain-Ski/ALP0253M.html?CMP_ID=SH_FRO001&CMP_SKU=ALP0253&mv_pc=r126 you can use an AT binding. As for boots, maybe look at the Scarpa F1 - it's super light, but any boot with the dynafit compatible hardware on the toe and heal will work - mostly it depends on your foot shape and how the boot fits.
