I am 6'3 and weigh 215 lbs. Will an XL be the right size for me? I am looking for something like a compression fit, rather than a loose baggy fit. I am also concerned about sleeve length. My usual long sleeve shirt is 37". Thanks for the help.

that would work for ya. I'm 6'2" 220 and the L is pretty snug on me. The cap 3 material doesn't necessarily provide a compression fit but the XL would be a good fit on you.
