i'm going to spend most of the winter in Utah, near park city, and i was wandering if this jacket would be a good choice for me. I live in Texas, but we spend a lot of time in Utah. I need something I can wear the few times i will go skiing, and just hanging around in Park City. Do you think this will work for me?
I have a fleece tnf insert to go inside....if that helps.

Hi Lexie, Sounds like this would be a good fit for you. If you're doing a lot of outdoor activities (i.e. hiking, climbing, skiing, snowshoeing, camping) then I'd say go for something beefier. However it sounds like you'll be doing some recreational skiing and dodging rain clouds, so this should work just find for you. Coupled with your fleece jacket this will provide a very versitile and functional layering system for the conditions you'll likely encounter.
