I can sometimes where an 8 or a 9 depending how the shoe runs....is this one on the large or small side?

I spoke with someone at backcountry who said these boots run true to size. I normally wear a 9 in boots (patagonia, Columbia) but a 8.5 in shoes and a 10 in running sneakers. I ordered these in a 9. I would call backcountry's customer service--- they are so helpful!--- and ask them
