Great for a netbook (or the new iPad!). Good for paperwork, awesome for travel, not bad for the gym.

The exterior dimensions listed work out to about 570 cubic inches, so the interior space is probably around 450 cubic inches (~7 L). In other words it's roughly the size of a medium purse. You could probably fit a pair of sneakers and some clothes in it.
